Windermere home prices are not only among the most expensive in Florida, but Windermere real estate also consistently ranks among the most expensive in America. So, keep in mind a high budget will most likely be necessary for this area where we often find cash purchases as well.
If you are looking for a location with mansions and big old-school homes, Windermere may be the right choice.
However, keep in mind that its location keeps it quite secluded and can sometimes make it more inconvenient for those who need to travel and move through Orlando often.
